Prawn & Scallop Thermidor
Sweet morsels of prawn and scallop, Thermidor-style cream sauce with hints of sherry, chives and smoked paprika over fettuccini pasta
Chicken Florentine
Tender boneless chicken breast topped with fresh spinach, mozzarella and sundried tomatoes, baked and served with saffron rice and market vegetables
Rib Eye Steak
A fire roasted rib eye steak grilled to perfection with whipped Boursin cheese and topped with a bourbon reduction. Served with stuffed baked potato and market vegetables
