Chef V's Farewell Dinner
Chef Veronique has been an amazing cuisine creator on our staff for many years. She has now decided to leave for a new adventure with all our well wishes. We hope for all the best in her next chapter of life and to see her back for a visit sometime in the future! In honour of her departure, Chef V has created a dinner menu that will be her last offering to the Eco Cafe' patrons who have been so kind and encouraging over the years.
