Charred corn & avocado on a bed of arugula paired with a chipotle vinaigrette

Duck Confit
Duck leg simmered in pork fat with a medley of herbs & garlic finished with a candied orange zest and toasted pecans all served on a bed of wild rice

Boneless Ribeye
Roasted boneless ribeye with merlot pan jus paired with a rich spinach soufflé and duchess potatoes

Salmon Fillet
Fire seared salmon fillet smothered in a buttery béarnaise accompanied by ratatouille medley and asiago mashed potato
